AssaultRower spare parts: the right part for your air rower

The AssaultRower works with air resistance: the harder you pull, the more resistance builds up. There are also a two-stage chain and belt drive and a frame made of steel and aluminium. The machine is built for many years of training. As with any piece of equipment used regularly and intensively, a component can still wear out, or a part is damaged after transport.

On this page you will find the overview of the Rower spare parts: which parts there are, how to find the right one and what to look out for with warranty, maintenance and fitting.

Rower spare parts by model

The AssaultRower comes as the Pro and the Elite. The AssaultRower Pro is intended for gyms, functional fitness and home gyms and, thanks to its folding console, can be stored upright. The AssaultRower Elite is designed as the top model for studios, gyms, personal training and commercial facilities. Which model you have is on the machine and in your purchase documents. The differences are shown in the AssaultRower comparison.

These spare parts are available

The names of the parts are original designations. The numbers in brackets are position numbers of the parts diagram and show which individual parts belong to the assembly.

Computer Assembly

The Assault AirRower Computer Assembly is the console of the rower. It shows you time, distance, speed, calories, watts, pace and heart rate. The resistance works purely mechanically, and the console runs separately on batteries. If it shows nothing, check the batteries first. If that does not help, the Computer Assembly is the right spare part.

Seat Locking Plate Assembly

According to its part name, the Seat Locking Plate Assembly belongs to the locking of the seat on the seat guide (positions 1105 and 1106x4). It is a part you should check if the seat no longer sits cleanly.

Beam End Cap Assembly

The Beam End Cap Assembly is the end cap on the beam of the rower (positions 1107, 1109x2 and 1134x2). It can be damaged or missing after transport or impact.

Thread locker

The Loctite 243 thread locker of medium strength secures screw connections against loosening. It is handy when fitting parts that are stressed regularly.

What matters

  • Check that the part is intended for your model
  • The part names are in English: Seat means the seat, Beam the beam, End Cap the end cap
  • If in doubt, a short message with the model and a photo helps

How to find the right part

A part that looks similar but does not fit only costs time. This sequence keeps you on the safe side:

  • Determine the model: Pro or Elite. The name is on the machine and in your purchase documents.
  • Narrow down the location: Seat, beam, console or foot area? That way you know which assembly the part belongs to.
  • Read the part name: The numbers in brackets are position numbers of the parts diagram.
  • Ask if you are unsure: Via the contact form with the model, description of the part and, if possible, a photo.

You will find parts for the other machines in the Assault spare parts, the bike spare parts and the Runner spare parts.

Warranty and maintenance

The AssaultRower Pro and the AssaultRower Elite have a 5-year warranty on the frame and 2 years on moving parts. If a part is defective, it can be worth clarifying first whether it is a warranty case. Write to us about it via the contact form.

Fitting tips

You can fit most parts yourself with standard tools. These general notes help:

  • Put the machine down safely before working and make enough room
  • Only remove the old part once you have compared it with the new one
  • Sort screws and washers and photograph the order
  • Secure screw connections with thread locker according to the manufacturer's instructions
  • After fitting, check all screw connections and test the machine first with a light load

If you are unsure, have the work done by a professional.
