Shipping Information
Once your order has been received and processed, the delivery time for products in stock is generally 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, distance, or accessibility of the destination – in some cases, it may be necessary to hand over the shipment to regional delivery partners. Most products are delivered within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Methods:
- Spare parts: Shipped via GLS.
- Equipment: Shipped via Schenker freight forwarding (curbside delivery).
Shipping is free for orders within the EU with a value of €450.00 or more. For Germany and Austria, we offer free shipping on orders starting from €100.00.

Important note for freight deliveries: Please ensure you have assistance available upon arrival to transport the product into your home. Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt to ensure it is in perfect condition.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Would you like to return an item? You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. In addition, we offer you the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
How to proceed with a return:
- Enter the reason for return and the quantity on the delivery note included in the package:
- 01: Not to my liking
- 02: Does not fit
- 03: Defective
- 04: Different from the image
- 05: Other
- If you paid via prepayment (bank transfer), please enter your IBAN on the delivery note for the refund.
- Place the delivery note together with the items (in their original, unused condition) in the package, seal it securely, and send it to:

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if an item is defective or damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped, so we can assess the issue and find a solution.
Note: Personalized as well as used items are excluded from returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Our GTCs (General Terms and Conditions) and delivery terms apply. Please note that processing your return can take up to 14 days after receipt.
Legal Information on Withdrawal:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g., via email to info@agonsworld.de) stating your order number regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
