If you've never trained on an AirBike before, take it slow at first. The effectiveness and intensity is really something!The duration of the training depends entirely on your wishes. As already mentioned, speed, resistance, calories or wattage are controlled only by you and not set in advance. All these numbers are results of your performance. The harder you train, the higher the output.

In the beginning, you won't last more than a few seconds or minutes, depending on the intensity. Training in the HIT range pushes you to your physical limits extremely quickly. Therefore, sometimes less is more in the beginning. You should not overdo it! Increase the duration and intensity over time.
